For TBEX Asia 2026 in Almaty, we are adapting our traditional Sponsor Speed Networking experience to better reflect the business culture and hospitality of our host destination.

In Kazakhstan, professional relationships often begin with personal connection, genuine conversation and time to establish trust. A productive meeting is not always built around delivering the perfect eight-minute pitch. It may begin with exchanging stories, learning about one another and discovering where interests naturally align.

With that in mind, TBEX Asia 2026 will feature the TBEX Partner Exchange, a more relaxed and flexible version of our familiar networking program created specifically for this event.

The Partner Exchange will remove the countdown clock and rigid rotation of traditional speed networking. Creators and participating partners will have more freedom to hold thoughtful conversations, explore potential collaborations and allow promising connections to develop at a natural pace.

This event-specific format also honors Kazakhstan’s deeply rooted tradition of hospitality. Giving someone your full attention is an important sign of respect, and a valuable conversation should not have to end simply because a timer sounds.

The purpose remains the same: connecting travel creators with destinations and brands interested in working with them. For our time together in Kazakhstan, we are simply adapting how those conversations begin.
