With 10+ years of experience working remotely, Dr. Clem has coached 250+ individuals on how they can find remote work opportunities to diversify their income. For entrepreneurs and creators, she teaches them how to expand their teams by hiring remote talent skillfully and on a budget.

In addition to her business acumen, Dr. Clem is an avid traveler who has explored 28 countries. She is currently on a first-ever, Cross Canada Tour to explore every single province and territory solo. During this tour, Dr. Clem engages with Indigenous communities, explores local cuisines, and shares her experiences as a Black solo female traveler, shedding light on the importance of diversity in travel.

Dr. Clem is also a sought-after speaker, having presented at numerous conferences, including the Urban Economic Forum 6, where she recently discussed sustainable travel and its impact on local economies (using the case studies of Quebec City, Fredericton and Roseau – Dominica).
