She’s traveled to 70 countries and all 50 states, and absolutely LIVES to help people travel deeper. You might know her from The Travel & Adventure Show, the WITS Travel Creator Summit, The Nomadic Network, Camp Indie, or from Wanderful—where she’s the Brand Partnerships Manager.
In her prior life, Jordan was an award-winning Creative Director with 25 years’ experience in graphic and Web design, marketing, and brand. Lauren Gay is a premier voice amplifying Black representation in adventure travel and accessible outdoor recreation through her award-winning brand, Outdoorsy Diva. She is a seasoned adventure travel content creator, published photographer, speaker, consultant, YouTube travel show host, and on-air TV travel expert. Lauren is also the host of an award-winning podcast that highlights bold stories of travel, outdoor exploration, and personal growth.
As a travel writer and creator, Lauren has partnered with over 100 brands and tourism boards. She is passionate about inspiring and empowering Black women to step outside their comfort zones, embrace nature as a form of healing, and explore the world through transformative travel experiences. A longtime advocate for racial diversity and inclusion in the travel and outdoor industries, she is also a founding member of the Black Travel Alliance.

He currently leads creative initiatives for organizations like the National Bank Open, Restaurants Canada and the YMCA of GTA, and hosts Futopia, a podcast exploring protopian futures through the lens of media, design, and social impact.

Alex Schnee is the founder of Alex on the Map, a site devoted to national park guides, hiking, climbing, and enjoying your outdoor adventures. After growing up near Glacier National Park in Montana, Alex now spends summers in the American West hitting up the trail with her husband and dog.
Alex will help creators understand how they can convert their blog’s content into a visual-first format. I.e. how you can ensure your blog content is the perfect fit for YouTube and so much more.
