- Most Engaging Post or Reel
Each prize are for two (2) persons and are including :
- 3-night stay in the luxurious Fairmont Gold category
- Daily breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi
- Lunch at Bistro Le SAM
- Dinner at Champlain restaurant
- Round-trip airfare to Québec City
- A Privilege Card offering access to several attractions and activities
- One (1) additional lunch and one (1) additional dinner in select Québec City restaurants
- Ground transportation between Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport and the hotel

📣 Winner Choice and Announcement
Winners will be chosen by Destination Québec cité and will be announced during TBEX Summit America in Wichita, Kansas, held from October 1 to 4, 2025.
📜 Official Rules
- Eligibility: Open to TBEX North America 2025 attendees aged 18 and older.
- Prize Validity: Stays must be taken between December 15, 2025 and March 15, 2026, or December 15, 2026 and March 15, 2027.
- Reservations: Travel dates must be approved by Destination Québec cité based on hotel availability.
- Excluded dates: Québec Winter Carnival weekends, statutory holidays, and December 23 to January 1.
- Booking Conditions: The trip must be booked at least 60 days in advance and completed by March 15, 2027.
- Travel Conditions: The winner and their companion must travel together to and from Québec City. Transportation to a departure airport is the responsibility of the winner and companion.
- Non-transferable: Prizes have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
- Personal Expenses & Insurance: Not included. Winners are responsible for personal expenses, insurance, and travel documents. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- Content Ownership: By entering, participants consent to their content being reposted or shared on TBEX, Destination Québec cité, and Fairmont Le Château Frontenac’s social media channels, with credit.
- Representation Fees: No per diems or representation fees will be granted during the stay.
- Disqualification: Failure to meet participation criteria (e.g., tagging both accounts and using the hashtag) will result in disqualification.
- Usage rights: The winner of the contest authorizes the sharing of the publication on the social media accounts of @quebeccite and @fairmontfrontenac. The photo winner agrees to grant lifetime usage rights for digital and print media to @quebeccite and its partners (including media outlets, partners, and travel agencies).
Prize Claim Process:
- Winners will be contacted by email. If no response is received within seven (7) days, an alternate winner will be selected, up to three rounds. If the third selected winner fails to comply, the prize will be forfeited.
- The winner will be named during TBEX Summit America 2025 in Wichita, Kansas.
Reservations & Travel Documents:
- Subject to availability at booking.
- Winners are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents.
- No extension of the stay will be permitted.
- The organizer reserves the right to offer a comparable prize if necessary.
Liability:
- The Organizer is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or technical issues affecting contest participation or prize fulfillment.
Use of Personal Information:
- The Organizer may contact the winner to arrange prize delivery.
- With consent, winners’ names, images, and comments may be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
General Conditions:
- This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations
- The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries or modify/cancel the contest if necessary.
