Penny Zibula is a freelance travel writer based in Greenville, South Carolina. She has always had a passion for travel, writing, and learning. Her background is in public relations and community outreach, with nine years as a local television talk show host and producer, as well as four years as a staff writer for a local newspaper.

With her husband/photographer/FAA certified drone pilot, Simon Lock, and her guide dog, Splendid, Penny travels the world focused on creating content of interest to serious travelers, armchair travelers, boomer travelers, and travelers with disabilities.
