These speakers represent our continued commitment to giving the stage to those who are driven to share actionable advice – to showcasing what they’ve learned in order to help attendees take their sites and brands to the next level.
We have speakers on board who will be breaking down the complexities of SEO and algorithm shifts, helping photographers and videographers sharpen their skills, bringing knowledge to the table to help with your negotiation tactics, sharing what tourism boards are looking for in a mutually beneficial travel content creator partnership, and enabling attendees to do everything from fly drones, to navigate the ups and downs of an exciting, ever-changing industry.

Nina Clapperton is a multi-6 figure travel blogger and the founder of She Knows SEO. After sharing her stories of living in over 12 countries in 10 years on all platforms and making $0, she learned SEO and scaled her blog to 50k sessions in 6 months. Within 13 months, she was making $30k/mo passively. Now Nina runs a portfolio of niche sites and helps over 3,500 students grow their blogs. Nina is on a mission to help bloggers achieve financial freedom via passive income from their passions.

Leslie (LJ) and Martina (MJ) Johnson are a married couple who met on an airplane and haven’t stopped exploring the world together since. Together, they run That Couple Who Travels, a travel content creator brand dedicated to providing the information and inspiration to create memories all over the world. They also are co-founders and board members of the Black Travel Alliance.
Beyond travel, combined, they have over twenty years of corporate experience working in business sales, marketing, partnerships, and advertising. This experience has helped them successfully run countless brand campaigns for their business, and they look forward to sharing some of that knowledge with you during TBEX!

Nikki Rue is a passionate travel content creator and the force behind the sites She Saves She Travels and Inspired Routes. Through her online spaces, she connects, inspires and brings adventure into the lives of her readers. Nikki is also a licensed drone pilot and has been flying drones since 2018. She loves showcasing destinations and working with brands in the USA and globally through drone photography, and has used this skill to land brand deals and enhance content creation on her websites.

Nikki will show you that flying drones does not have to be intimidating, and will offer a hands-on learning experience to prove it.
Kelly Pugliano is a dynamic entrepreneur, speaker, and seasoned TV-cooking segment chef. As the visionary behind Eat Picks & The Scone Blog, she’s dedicated to empowering fellow bloggers to overcome “imposter syndrome” and master the art of rate negotiation. With her guidance, countless content creators have unlocked their earning potential, achieving rates that often double or triple their expectations. Kelly’s mission is to equip you with the skills to negotiate like a pro and maximize your income in the travel content creator and blogging world.

Kelly will help creators understand and recognize their worth during the negotiation process with brands and tourism boards.
Scott Herder and Megan Indoe are the content creator duo behind Bobo and ChiChi and Your Brooklyn Guide. Their award-winning travel blogs help empower people to discover the world, just like they do. They’re known for their own unique style that they’ve harnessed through their specialization in time lapse, hyperlapse and stop motion. Their extensive experience in travel marketing has led to numerous successful destination marketing campaigns worldwide.
Recognized as brand ambassadors for industry giants like Hotels.com, they have been sought after by global brands for their creative vision and content, serving as both content creators and a production team. Megan and Scott have also delivered presentations at prestigious industry events, including the Hilton Lifestyle corporate retreat and PRSA, offering their insights to educate fellow industry leaders.

Scott and Megan will show you how to take your mobile photography and videography to the next level.
After being diagnosed with spinal muscular atrophy at the age of two, Cory Lee’s thirst for adventure never ceased. He has traveled across all seven continents in his powered wheelchair while managing to run his travel blog CurbFreeWithCoryLee.com, where he shares his accessible — and sometimes not so accessible — travel adventures with others.
Cory also does annual group trips, where his followers can join him in international destinations, and in 2022, he launched The Curb Free Foundation. This nonprofit provides wheelchair users with travel grants to go on their dream trip. Cory is a Webby Award winner, has won numerous Lowell Thomas Awards, and was named “Person of the Year” by New Mobility Magazine. As always, Cory’s goal is to inspire other wheelchair users to roll out of their comfort zones and see all of the beauty our world has to offer.

Cory will share his inspirational story, and talk about how to establish “perfect partnerships” for your brand.
Kevin Wagar is an award-winning publisher, writer, photographer, and travel content creator based in Toronto, Canada. Kevin launched his first website – Wandering Wagars – Adventure Family Travel in 2015, growing it to more than 200,000 monthly visitors.
Since 2018 he has expanded his portfolio to include three additional travel-focused websites including Ultimate Ontario, We Explore Canada, and Flavor the Globe.
Since 2020 Kevin has garnered seven awards from the Travel Media Association of Canada and the Society of American Travel Writers for his writing, publications, and photography. In 2018, he co-founded the Toronto Blogger Collective to help travel content creators in and around the city connect and gain the support they need to improve and monetize their content and publications. The organization now has over 700 members from throughout Central Ontario.

Kevin will teach out how to weather, understand, and persevere through Google algorithm changes.
