TBEX Summit America 2026 Pre-BEX Tours are OPENing soon!

Pre-BEX Tours:

  • Only registered conference attendees can sign up for a Pre-BEX Tour.
  • Pre-BEX Tours are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. No guests, companions, or plus-ones are permitted unless they, too, are registered. There are no waitlists once a tour becomes full.
  • Please sign up with the same email address used when you registered for TBEX North America 2026. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in TBEX activities.
  • If you need to cancel any Pre-BEX Tour you have signed up for at any time before the event for any reason PLEASE go to your Reg Fox account and cancel the tour ASAP to do so. Others can then take your cancelled spot(s). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this.
  • Occasionally Tours may be altered or canceled due to weather, operational needs, or partner availability. Participants will be notified.
  • All tours take place on September 29th and September 30th unless otherwise noted.

Highlight

Discover the Red River with River Keepers on an excursion that is equal parts fun and educational. This is a chance to enjoy the beauty of the Red while learning about the many aspects of the Red River, including its history, characteristics, uses, animals, and more. A leisurely paced group paddle. All skill levels welcome!

If river conditions do not cooperate, we will do an urban hike instead. Dress for the weather. Consider hat, layers, sunscreen, water, not wearing flip flops. Lunch is not provided.

Go behind the scenes at the Fargo Air Museum with an expert-guided tour of a historic hangar, featuring rare aircraft and stories that showcase North Dakota’s aviation heritage. Highlight

Join the Moorhead Public Library for a tour of its brand new facility located in The Loop. This stunning two-story building not only features a modern Public Library but also an Indoor Play Space for youth and a 1/8 mile indoor Walking Loop offering stunning views (it’s all relative!) of downtown Moorhead. After the Loop tour, take a walk to the Hjemkomst Center, a Norweigan cultural facility with a full-sized Viking Ship that once sailed to Norway.

Cooking Class | Handcrafted Pasta with Carbonara Sauce

Enjoy an evening of cooking and community at The 1889 where we’ll make a 3 course meal. Course 1: Build a bright Italian salad, topped with handcrafted dressing and homemade croutons. Course 2: Roll up your sleeves and dive into the timeless art of handcrafted pasta topped with a delicious and unique carbonara sauce! Course 3: End the night with a little flambe! We’ll make Cherries jubilee and serve it over the best ice cream in the nation – and it’s from North Dakota! Join us for relaxed, hands-on class filled with good food, good company, and the simple joy of cooking together.

Relief Styrofoam Block Printing & Mural Tour

Relief Styrofoam Block Printing is a hands-on group activity where participants draw into soft Styrofoam plates, roll ink, and transfer their designs to paper to create bold prints. The process introduces basic printmaking concepts like line, texture, and positive and negative space in an accessible, playful way, and participants can create multiple prints while sharing ideas across the table. The experience also includes a gallery tour led by a member of the curatorial team to connect the printmaking activity

Harvest & Play: A Red River Valley Fall Experience

Spend the day fully immersed in fall in the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo region with a two-part experience that blends purpose with pure autumn fun.
Start your morning at Farm in the Dell of the Red River Valley, where you’ll work alongside their incredible Garden Engineers—adults with disabilities who help power the farm’s daily operations. You’ll get a hands-on look at what fall harvest season really means, helping gather produce like pumpkins, squash, tomatoes, and peppers while learning directly from the people who make it all happen. Every day on the farm is a little different, making this a meaningful and memorable way to connect with the land and community.
Then, shift from harvest to high-energy fun at Lost in the Valley Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch, the region’s premier fall destination. Wander through the massive corn maze, pick out the perfect pumpkin, and explore a lively courtyard filled with classic fall games and activities. It’s the perfect way to cap off the day with a little adventure, a lot of laughs, and all the cozy fall vibes.

Pumpkulents & a Private Look at West Acres

Get creative with one of our favorite fall traditions—designing your own “pumpkulents.” Using mini pumpkins as your base, you’ll build a one-of-a-kind arrangement with a vibrant mix of succulents, plus natural textures like dried moss, baby’s breath, and tiny alder cones gathered right from our property. It’s a hands-on, feel-good activity that captures the charm of the season.
After you create enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of the mall, where you’ll learn how the space operates day-to-day, how we collaborate with local creatives on art installations, galleries, and florals, and what it takes to bring top retailers to Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo. Expect plenty of fun facts, local insight, and a fresh perspective on a place you thought you knew.
