Notes

What to wear: Pants: long, light, flexible and comfortable, quick-dry preferably. I always recommend lengths for safety. Remember that the paths are often leafy, there are plants that cause itching and sometimes sharp weeds, branches, etc. In case of falls they also provide better protection. Shirt: the one of your preferences, keep in mind that there is a lot of humidity and that high temperatures are suffocating. To the extent possible, wear light, quick-drying shirts. For those who prefer long sleeves, make sure that they are made of an appropriate material for hiking activities. Remember that we will be exposed to high temperatures. Footwear: closed shoes! Never flip flops! Tennis shoes are a very good option as long as they have a good sole and good grip so you don’t slip. Boots that are not very heavy since they are going to get wet and get even heavier. Bring only the necessary. Come dressed as you are going to the river. Bring a change of cloths and shoes, it can be sandals. Sandals are allowed only when we come back from the river.
