First Ever TBEX Africa Announces Premier Round of 2023 Speakers

The first round of speakers at TBEX Africa 2023 is a collection of 8 highly skilled professionals who will provide travel media – including tourism brands, content creators, influencers and vloggers – with constructive information, tools, and innovative strategies for success in the current travel and tourism space.

This is TBEX’s first conference to held in Africa. Hosted in Durban, South Africa on 17-20 October, TBEX Africa will also provide a wealth of information for industry travel and tourism providers on how to develop an effective online presence and work effectively with content creators.

She is the creator of The ABC Travel Greenbook and App! – the number one resource connecting travelers to the African Diaspora Globally.

Trusted amongst her peers as a ‘’connector’’ she is always connecting the dots to ensure the travel industry is mindful of diversity, not just as a ‘Buzz word’’ but an action that produces results. As a Digital Disruptor whose immensely in love with all things travel, daily she strives to change the narrative by advocating for travelers that represent different demographics across multiple platforms.

Nour Brahimi is the first female Algerian travel vlogger, and one of the top travel content creators in the Middle East and North Africa. With her 7 years of experience of publishing content across platforms, she Gained over 1.8 million followers on the internet. She helped hundreds of people make viral videos, reaching millions of their target audiences. She was a 2019 nominee for Best Algerian YouTuber of the Year and Best Algerian Instagrammer of the Year.

Nour will detail how to make viral short videos.

Eulanda and Omo Osagiede

Eulanda and Omo Osagiede are co-founders of Hey! Dip Your Toes In (HDYTI); an award-winning blog which promotes creative digital content with a focus on global travel and food culture.

Using their skills in content creation and brand consulting, they have helped travel and food culture brands like IBM, Coca-Cola, McCain, Global Food Tourism Association, Cruise Line International Association, Choose Chicago, and Etihad Airways to tell their stories and create compelling digital content which has improved their marketing objectives and visibility within their niche areas.

Since April 2002, he is a Content Creator at Passrider.com where he has used different strategies to grow his audience.

His extensive knowledge and understanding of the intricacies of the airline industry – including routes, airlines, frequent flyer programs, non-revenue travel and travel related products – has been acquired over many years of traveling and a dedicated career working in the industry. Kerwin is a true aviation enthusiast and his unique perspective makes him an invaluable resource for anyone looking to learn more about the world of aviation.
