Information for TBEX Europe 2016 Attendees

The TBEX team will be traveling to Stockholm over the next couple of days and will be there, excited to join our very special hosts to welcome you to TBEX Europe 2016 in Stockholm. We have a great lineup of activies, events, and professional developing, and hope you’ll have a valuable and enjoyable experience throughout your stay. This tip sheet is to help provide a quick overview of what’s going on as well as to provide you with some tips and info to help you enjoy your stay.

Airport Arrivals

The Hospitality Desk will be located at Terminal 5 and open the following dates/hours:

  • July 11th 9am-6pm
  • July 12th 9am -6pm
  • July 13th 9am -6pm
  • July 14th 9am -4pm


You can use this map (Click Here)  of Stockholm Arlanda Airport to locate where the hospitality desk is situated in the Terminal 5 Arrival Hall. You can pick up your welcome packet at the hospitality desk. This will also be where you will find the Arlanda Express train (express service) to Stockholm Central station.

If you aren’t arriving at the Arlanda Airport, you can stop by the Stockholm Visitor Center to pick up your welcome packet. The Visitor Center is located at Sergels Torg 5.  Hours for the Visitor Center are:


  • Monday-Friday 9am-10pm
  • Saturday 9am -4pm
  • Sunday 9am -4pm


You can also pick up your welcome bag at the Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre in the registration area starting on Thursday, July 14th, at 7:30am.


Registration will be located on the 4th Floor Pre-Function Area located in the Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre. Please stop by the registration desk to pick up your TBEX badge.

You will need to wear your badge at all times during the conference and also to participate in the evening social events. The only exception to this rule is that you will not need your registration badge for your pre-bex tours and activities. At all other events, including evening social events, you must wear your badge for entry.

Registration Hours:

  • Thursday, July 14, 2016, 7:30am – 5pm
  • Friday, July 15, 2016, 7am – 5pm
  • Saturday, July 16, 2016, 7am – 5pm


Registration badges will also be available at the Opening Night Party at Haymarket by Scandic, for those unable to pick it up earlier in the day.

Speed Networking

Speed networking is a series of timed, eight minute appointments between bloggers and sponsors. Sessions are offered both days of the conference, according to the time schedule below. If you are unable to secure a time to meet with a sponsor via BloggerBridge, remember that sponsors will be staffing their table throughout the event and you are welcome to stop by to chat at any time.

For those participating in speed networking appointments, we ask for your compliance with the timed appointments and to move your next appointment when directed to do so.

Date & Time:

  • Friday, July 15th – 3:15pm – 5:15pm
  • Saturday, July 16th – 3:10pm – 5:10pm


Location: Auditorium 4th level Multi-Purpose Area 1

Details: Speed networking appointments are pre-set and last 8 minutes each, followed by a two-minute period to move to the next appointment. We will be making announcements to keep you on schedule as you meet with all of your appointments, and ask that you observe all time limitations. If you haven’t yet set up your profile yet, please use this link below to get started.

Please use the email address you used to register for TBEX (that is also your Username) to log in. If you don’t have a login yet, please request a new password. That should re-set things and let you log in.

Once you’ve logged in, take a moment to be sure your profile is fully filled out, including analytics. A fully filled out profile is one way to make a good impression in advance to potential sponsors.

Professional Development

We have two full days of keynotes and professional development sessions. You can get an overview of each day’s activities with this quick schedule guide. Take some time to look at the sessions offered and plan your day. All sessions are open to all attendees and you are free to mix and match within the tracts. You do not need to sign up for sessions in advance.

We will be announcing the dates and location of TBEX 2017 at our Friday morning keynote. There’s lot of guessing going on, so you won’t want to miss it.
