The final round of speakers at TBEX Asia 2022 in Phuket, Thailand is a collection of 10 highly skilled professionals who will provide travel media – including tourism brands, content creators, influencers and vloggers – with constructive information, tools, and innovative strategies for success in the current travel and tourism space.

TBEX’s 25th travel bloggers conference in Phuket, Thailand will also provide a wealth of information for industry travel and tourism providers on how to develop an effective online presence and work effectively with content creators.

Paul Pruangkarn, Chief of Staff at the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA)

Paul Pruangkarn is the Chief of Staff at the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. In his role, he assists the CEO in executing the strategic goals and activities of the Association across all departments. In addition, he is currently overseeing the day-to-day operations of
all communications, public relations, and marketing, and serves as one of the key spokespersons for the Association. Furthermore, Paul manages PATA’s public sector relationships with governments across the region, ensuring alignment of the Association’s public policy positions together with its member organizations, Alliance partners, and NGO associates such as the World Bank and the World Economic Forum.
In his communications role, he works to enhance PATA’s public image through various media outlets and maintains the Association’s media partnerships with such organizations as BBC World News, Skift, TTG Asia, and Travel Weekly Group. He has also spoken regularly at conferences on behalf of PATA, as well as facilitated and emceed many events organized by the Association. Paul will explain the importance of understanding local perspectives when working with brands.

She runs a number of successful travel blogs and monetized Facebook groups, effectively growing an organic following built on authenticity. Sarah has extensive experience in building partnerships, content creation, SEO and social media. With a background in education, tourism and entrepreneurship, she is always looking to grow her travel business whilst supporting others in their journey. He is also a senior advisor at TAGTHAi – Thailand’s national platform for tourism. He takes a leading role in strategic planning, partnership, business development, and marketing. Prior to this, he was an advertising & marketing specialist at Google where he has been coaching thousands of small & medium businesses (SMBs) to growth and success online.
Taro recently co-founded EasyPDPA – a leading LegalTech company focusing on GDPR & PDPA. He was also the author of a PDPA/GDPR book in Thailand. Taro will discuss marketing strategies in the privacy era.
