TBEX North America 2020 Pre-BEX Tours
Before we send you over to take a look at the TBEX North America 2020 Pre-BEX tours and activities on offer, please familiarize yourself with the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms will result in cancellation of your tour sign-up.
- Only registered conference attendees can sign up for a tour. If you haven’t registered yet, head on over here to register now. If you are not a registered attendee for TBEX North America 2020, you will not be able to sign up.
- Pre-BEX tours are open to both blogger and industry attendees and are offered on a first come, first serve basis. No guests, companions, or plus-ones are permitted unless they, too, are registered for the conference.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in TBEX activities, unless specifically noted.
- You must sign up with the same email address used when you registered for TBEX North America 2020.
- You must sign up individually for your selected activity; you cannot sign up on behalf of another person.
- IMPORTANT! – You may only sign up for ONE Pre-BEX Tour per registered attendee. Links to the Pre-BEX Tours are below. If you sign up for more than one Pre-BEX Tour, all sign ups will be cancelled and space will be released without notice.
- Each person needs to sign up under their name and email address, Please DO NOT sign up anyone you are traveling with under your name. Choose carefully. This limitation is to allow all attendees an equal opportunity to sign up for a FREE tour/activity, as well as to prevent double bookings which have resulted in no-shows.
- There are no waitlists for tours that become full. Watch in the TBEX North America 2020 private FB group for “space open notices” closer to the event.
- You will receive an email confirmation after you sign up for the tour but it does not include the tour details. Please jot down or screen shot the tour information listed for your tour so you can refer to it for scheduling.
- If you need to cancel your Pre-BEX tour for any reason, PLEASE email donna@tbexcon.com ASAP to do so. This will release your spot for another attendee who wants to sign up for that tour. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation with this.
- Please arrive at the tour pick-up location 15 minutes prior to departure time.
- Occasionally a PreBEX tour must be cancelled, re-scheduled, or altered due to weather or other conflict. You will be advised if this happens, and we appreciate your understanding.
