Gift Bags

If you have been approved for a Gift Bag Insert, your materials must arrive between 9:00am – 11:00am on Wednesday, October 14 to be included.  If you ship your Gift Bag insert with your Sponsor/Speed Networking materials, please label them inside the box along with a company name on the outside of the box.   Contact Debbie Barbieri immediately atdebbie@nmxevents.com if you intend to place an item in the Gift Bag.

Please note that Conference Management and the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center do not accept responsibility for packages left for shipment after the meeting, therefore your boxes must be labeled correctly and you must be present to meet with your courier once the conference finishes.



The shipping documents must be sent to us not later than the deadlines given below or at least 3 (three) days prior to the arrival of vessel and/or aircraft in Bangkok. –

**2 originals and 3 copies of Bill of Lading/ Airway Bill, 3 originals and 2 copies of Commercial Invoice, 2 originals and 3 copies of Packing List, 1 copy of Insurance Policy and 1 copy of invoice for the premium if insured at origin** A pre-alert message via e-mail or fax, indicating consignment details such as the flight numbers, Airway Bill numbers, number of packages, weights and dimensions, is required to be provided to us upon uplift of the consignment


You will receive an invitation to setup your profiles 4 weeks before TBEX Asia.




Canvassing or distributing advertising matter outside the exhibitor’s own exhibit is not permitted. Character of the exhibits is subject to the approval of Conference Management. Conference Management reserves the right to refuse applications of the exhibitors not meeting the standards required or expected, as well as the right to curtail exhibits or parts of exhibits which reflect against the character of the meeting. We expect that all products will be up to professional standard. This applies to displays, literature, advertising, novelties, souvenirs, conduct of persons, etc.



Exhibitors wishing to insure their exhibit materials, goods and/or wares or exhibits against theft, damage by fire, accident, or loss of any kind, must do so at their own expense.


Fire Protection

All the materials used in the exhibit must be flameproof and fire resistant in order to conform to local fire ordinances. Crepe paper, corrugated paper, flameproof or otherwise, will not be permitted. Display racks, signs, spotlights and special equipment must be approved before use, and all displays are subject to inspection by fire marshal. Any exhibits or parts thereof found not to be fireproof may be ordered dismantled. All aisles and exhibits must be kept clear at all times, and fire stations and extinguishing equipment are not to be covered or obstructed.


Subletting of Space

The subletting of space, assignment or appointment of the whole or part of assigned space by any exhibitor is prohibited. No exhibitor may be permit any of the party to exhibit in his space any goods other than those manufactured or handled by the contracting exhibitor, nor permit the solicitation of business by others within his space.



All matters and questions not covered by these regulations are at the discretion of Conference Management. These regulations may be amended at any time by Conference Management, and all amendments that may be so made shall be equally binding upon publication on all parties affected by them as the original regulations.


Display Guidelines

Because this is a table top show, space is very limited. You will be restricted to the following display material only. Anyone violating these guidelines will be asked to remove their displays.

Two (2) pull-up sign placed behind your table
Branded table covers are allowed
All other signage/material must be able to fit on top of your table, and not exceed 8ft in total height
No signage is allowed in front of your table or in the aisle
