Logos for Web & Print

Important:  We need your logo in (2) two formats.

Logos for print:

• CMYK color mode
• Preferred format: Vectored-based Adobe Illustrator or EPS file (AI or EPS).
• Acceptable: PSD, TIFF or JPEG. All PSD, TIFF and JPEG logos must be high resolution (300dpi, minimum 8” wide)
• GIF or any other files saved for the web will not be accepted

Logos for the web:

• RGB color mode
• Preferred Format: GIF or JPEG
• Acceptable: PNG, EPS, AI, PSD
• Dimensions: Width must not exceed 155px
• File size: File size should not exceed 20kb

Registration

You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements for air and ground transportation.

Gift Bag Inserts

Item to be inserted into the bag must be created and produced by the sponsor after approval from Show Management. Please send a digital sample to dani@blogworldexpo.com before production as soon as possible.

Please produce 300 items to be inserted into the Gift Bag and have them delivered to the address indicated below between September 10 – September 14, 2012.  If using the provided labels, please fill out your company name.  If you are using your own labels, be sure to include “ATTN: GIFT BAG INSERTS”.  You can access the labels at the link below.

IMPORTANT:  A detailed packing list & tracking numbers for ALL gift bag insert shipments MUST be emailed to dani@blogworldexpo.com and registration@tbexcon.com by September 10, 2012.  Any shipments that we have not received information on will not be included in the gift bags and will be delivered to your table top.

Shipping Information

All items must arrive between Monday, September 10th and Friday, September 14th from 09:00am to 05:00pm.

Label each piece and address all shipping documents/bills of lading as follows for shipments to the Palacio de Congresos de Girona.

Important Note:  Please add additional time into your shipping to accommodate for international customs and discuss the specifics with your shipper.  If you cannot ship to the conference center within the timeline listed above, we recommend bringing the items with you on the plane or shipping to your hotel.
