Cancellation Policy

  1. Conference registrations cancelled on or before April 5th, 2013 will be entitled to a 50% refund. Registrations cancelled after April 5th, 2013 will not be entitled to a refund.
  2. Substitutions may be made. If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact registration@tbexcon.com.
  3. All refunds will be made after the Conference and within two months.
