1988-89 UN peacekeeper in Southern Lebanon which I photographed whenever I could. The idea of studying photography took hold and led me to the Photojournalism program at the prestigious International Center of Photography in New York City with some of the world’s greatest photo journalists. After graduation caught the big break with a job as official photographer during the UN weapons inspections in Iraq (1991-96). Went on to Chemical Weapons disarmament for another dozen years (1997-2009) based in Europe. Since 2010 back in professional photography producing (travel) stories and panoramic (360) virtual tours, expanded with a blog since 2014.
