Logo Specifications for the Web:

Preferred Format: PNG, EPS, AI
Acceptable: JPEG
Dimensions: Width must not exceed 300px
File size: File size should not exceed 20kb

 

Logo Specifications for Print: 

Preferred format: Vectored-based Adobe Illustrator or EPS file
Acceptable: JPEG logos must be high resolution (300dpi, minimum 8” wide)

 

PLEASE NOTE: It is very important to abide by the above format guidelines when sending in your company logo for our web and print needs.

Please provide us with the company description (300 words max), social profiles, URL for link back and the hashtag you want included in your profile.

STAFF REGISTRATION

ALL Staff Attending Event MUST Register

TAKE ACTION DUE – ASAP

 

EACH staff member attending from your company will need to register individually as an Industry Professional with their own email and personal information.

 

Registering enables everyone to have a mandatory badge needed at the event, at all event functions, at the table top exhibit during event hours, and it gives two team members access to the Speed Networking profile to participate in Bloggerbridge once it is open on February 22nd, 2017.

 

Your company will not be able to participate in Speed Networking until your staff is registered.

 

Each staff member will need to use your company given registration code when registering as an Industry Professional.

DO NOT register as a Blogger.

ATTENDEE WELCOME BAG & SPONSOR TABLE

Attendee Welcome Bag Items:

As part of most sponsorship packages, please check your sponsor contract, you are able to include an item in our attendee welcome bag.  Once the item has been approved, your materials must be shipped and arrive to the event location NO LATER than 9:00am (UTC+2) Sunday, March 19th to be included in the welcome bag.

 

Suggested welcome bag items: USEFUL GIFTS RELATED TO TRAVEL ie,…water bottle, umbrella, SPF chapstick, hand lotion, hand sanitizer, gift cards, keychains, luggage tags, luggage scale, travel adapters, special discount offers.

 

NOT suggested welcome bag items: paper flyers/one pager marketing leaflets

Scheduled Hours

Sponsor tables will be set up in the sponsor showcase/speed networking area – Teddy Foyer of the Jerusalem International Convention Center.  Attendees will pass through and network and mingle in this area during designated exhibit hours, conference breaks and between sessions.  We recommend someone hosts your display during the hours listed below to maximize your exhibit experience.

What You Can and Cannot Do

Attendee Restrictions

TBEX is open to anyone involved in the travel industry in any sort of marketing, public relations or content creation capacity. Sponsor passes are for table-top staff only. All clients and guests need to register as a show or conference attendee.

Demonstrations and Booth Display Activities

Sponsors shall not solicit business in aisles or engage in any activity that leads to congestion in the aisles. Sponsors wishing to include demonstrations, presentations, drawings or crowd gathering activities of any type must confine such activity within their specific table top area and during show hours only.

Handouts and Literature Distribution

Literature, samples or other promotional materials may only be handed out within the confines of contracted table-top space.  Show management will discard any materials placed elsewhere.

Photography

Taking of pictures or recordings within the exhibit area or meeting rooms is encouraged.

Smoking Policy

TBEX and ICC Jerusalem International Convention Center have a NO SMOKING policy in the conference and exhibit space.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Sound Systems / Presentations / Demos

Show Management reserves the right to restrict table-top displays, which, because of noise, method of operation, materials or any other reason, become objectionable. The sound level from a table-top display shall not intrude nor violate the rights of any and all adjacent areas. Sound, to whatever degree possible, should be confined to the sponsors area.

 

Security

DO NOT ASSUME THE BUILDING IS SECURE. IT IS NOT!

Each sponsor must take responsibility for the security of all items in his or her display. Show Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to sponsors’ property. While Show Management will provide security for the Sponsor Showcase during move-in, move-out and over-night, Show Management is not liable and cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage to exhibitor’s materials. Sponsors are responsible for extending a rider on their present insurance policy to cover damage or theft of their materials or displays while in transit to and from, and during the show.

 Security Tips

  1. DO NOT mark the outside of your shipping cartons with the contents; instead use a code. A label that reads “Sony 26” Color Monitor” is an open invitation to thieves.
  2. Furnish your shipping company with an accurate and complete bill of lading.
  3. DO NOT leave materials in containers to be stored with empties.
  4. When the show closes, pack as quickly as possible and do not leave your display unattended.
  5. During move-out remain with your display and equipment until it has been packed and is ready to ship. Do not leave your table unattended during the hectic and heavily populated move-in and move-out times.
  6. Business tools such as tape recorders, pocket calculators and give-away items are the things most often stolen. They should be guarded and stored safely at night.

TBEX17 International will be utilizing social media marketing channels: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to build awareness and promote TBEX in Jerusalem, Israel. We encourage sponsors to leverage these opportunities by sharing show information through your company’s social media channels.
